French District
Building Specifications:
Project Description
In early 2016, investors from France decided to build a “French District” in Tbilisi. This project was entrusted to Unix Development. The aim was to create a comfortable space where people could escape the restless, stressful atmosphere of the city and enjoy the beauty of nature amidst the urban environment.
Construction and Design
The new French apartments were designed by a special working group consisting of French and Georgian architects. Construction began in mid-2016 and was completed in early 2019. The goal was to achieve high standards of living, requiring experience, diligence, and consistency. A professional and experienced team, using materials of the highest quality, successfully built a new French quarter for its future residents—a place that truly feels like home, adhering to all building standards.
Architecture
The French District’s design harmoniously blends modern architecture with the charm of French aesthetics. The exterior and interior share a cohesive design language, creating a seamless visual and functional experience. The buildings feature spacious balconies, large windows, and green spaces to enhance the living experience.
